Allison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with athletes navigating transitions out of sport due to injury, graduation, or retirement. Allison received her MSW from Simmons College and an MA in English Literature from Boston College. She has over 10 years of experience in therapeutic school settings, college counseling centers, and community mental health. Allison supports clients in their healing process through a psychodynamic, trauma-informed lens, creating a collaborative space to explore resilience, purpose and meaningful growth.

Hannah Singer Barocas, LICSW MA
Co-Founder, CEO, Therapist
Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialty in Eating Disorders, Anxiety and Depression. Hannah obtained her MSW from Boston College and her MA in Psychology from Brandeis University. Hannah previously worked as Assistant Clinical Director at an Eating Disorder treatment center and has experience working in higher levels of care, community mental health, university and non-profit settings.
Hannah currently accepts BCBS and Aetna and is licensed in MA, ME, VT, CT, NH, RI, PA, NJ, VA, SC, NC, and FL. Hannah uses she/her pronouns.
Casey Wawro, LCSW
Therapist
Casey is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Social Worker with experience across a range of settings, including therapeutic schools, residential treatment programs, equine therapy, and the juvenile justice system. Most recently, Casey worked at Boston College Sports Counseling, providing individual therapy to Division I athletes navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and identity transitions. Casey earned her MSW from Boston College and holds a certificate in trauma practice. She brings a collaborative and psychodynamic approach to therapy.

Matthew Yellis, LMHC
Therapist
Matthew is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In addition to his work at ESTG, he serves as the Associate Director of Mental Health Counseling for Boston College Sports Medicine. In that role, he provides individual treatment to D1 college student-athletes experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns. Matthew completed his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College after spending 15 years coaching junior olympic women’s gymnastics. Matthew’s background in high level athletics informs his passion for providing athletes the very best, holistic psychological care possible.

Emily Hocking, LICSW
Therapist
Emily is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with clients facing anxiety, depression, perinatal and women’s health issues, eating disorders, and OCD. Emily received her MSW from Boston College and a Master of Education from the University of Notre Dame. She has experience working with individuals across the life span in school, community mental health, medical, and outpatient settings. Emily prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients to facilitate progress towards their unique goals, and she approaches therapy with compassion, warmth, and curiosity.

Haleigh Creamer, LMHC
Therapist
Haleigh is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and life transitions. She specializes in working with high-achieving individuals including former student-athletes, professionals, and women navigating fertility, reproductive, and identity transitions. Her work is grounded in a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach. Haleigh earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Counseling from Boston College, where she also worked with college student-athletes. She has experience working in community mental health and private practice settings.

Haley Davis, MA
Therapist
Haley is a pre-licensed mental health counselor. She earned a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Student-Athlete Development from Boston College. Prior to working at ESTG, Haley worked at BC Sport Counseling providing dedicated support to D1 student athletes. Haley has experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, perfectionism, body image, OCD, and depression. She is passionate about integrating performance-based strategies into holistic care to help clients manage the pressures of high-stakes environments. As a relational therapist, Haley uses a humanistic, person-centered approach grounded in empathy and collaboration.

Jessica Pidgeon, MSW
Therapist
Jessica is a pre-licensed Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, body image concerns, and eating disorders. She has worked in a variety of educational settings, most recently with Division I student-athletes through Boston College Sports Counseling. Jessica earned her MSW, along with a certificate in trauma practice, from Boston College. She utilizes a relational approach to therapy, centering each individual as the expert on their own experience and working together with clients to achieve their goals.

Caleigh Collamer, RD/LDN
Dietitian, Running Coach
Caleigh is a Registered Dietitian with special interests in Eating Disorders and mental health nutrition. Caleigh received her degree in Nutrition Science from the UMass Amherst & completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She has a variety of experiences in higher levels of care settings for Eating Disorders as well as outpatient counseling. In addition to her work in Eating Disorder care, Caleigh has been an active member in the local fitness community working as a personal trainer & group fitness instructor - she utilizes these experiences to encourage a peaceful relationship with food, exercise & body.

Olivia Longpre, MA
Therapist, Mental Performance Coach
Olivia is a pre-licensed mental health counselor with experience working with anxiety, body image concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, and mental performance. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston University, with a specialization in Sport & Performance Psychology. Olivia is also trained in EMDR and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) trained to support athletes and other high-achieving individuals in strengthening their mental skills. Olivia believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build toward meaningful change.

She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston University, with a specialization in Sport & Performance Psychology, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Science from the University of Maryland. Sara is also EMDR-trained and brings a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and she views her role as providing guidance, support, and practical strategies to help them move toward meaningful growth and change.
