What We Offer

We provide coaching support for recreational and competitive runners. Services include individualized training plans, nutrition coaching, and step-by-step guidance through any season of running including just getting started, returning to running, or race preparation. Basic and premium options available across all offerings.

  • Our running coach will provide an individualized training program that fits your lifestyle needs and competitive goals. These programs include periodic check-ins throughout the training process for continued support and motivation.

  • Coupled with one of our training programs or a complement your current plan, our running coach will provide 1:1 nutrition counseling to help you identify ways to optimize your performance.

    As a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience working with disordered eating and eating disorders, our running coach is uniquely equipped to help support those struggling with a complicated relationship with food and fueling.

We will respond to your email to set up an initial 20 minute complimentary consult call ASAP.

Complimentary Consult

During the consult you will get the chance to share more about your goals and ask questions. This call will help determine the package that will best meet your needs

Get Started

After completing all the required forms, we will get you set up with our training platform “Final Surge” and get you started on your plan!
